Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
Articulate 360 is the key product used for creating our WBT training for the company. Not only is it extremely user friendly, it works extremely well with SumTotal LMS. This was the most important factor for using Articulate 360 as previous training material did not work well with the LMS.
- it is very easy to use format, very much like using PowerPoint or Microsoft Word
- Using layers is a great way to include a large amount of information to be used on one slide
- Videos and pictures can be added easily
- Audio can be imported or recorded directly to the slide in Articulate 360
- I would like to see more entrance and exit animation choices than what is currently provided.
- Better documented tool usage, dos/don'ts, nice-to-knows, would be extremely helpful
- compatibility with LMS
- Easy to import presentations, pictures, videos, etc
- Audio can be recorded to the slide in Articulate360 or imported from another program such as Adobe Audition.
- Training being completed on time ad no longer delayed by system compatibility issues
- Training material can be developed quickly
Articulate 360 provides a much better result when training is taken in our LMS. It runs much smoother and faster with less interruptions than what was noted when using Abobe Captivate
