Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
Articulate 360 enables me to create a wide range of learning experiences from learning compliance training to more complex skill-building modules. The problems I address include consistency in training and learner engagement. The scope includes creating assessments and gathering learner feedback. I look forward to learning more about the AI options in Articulate 360.
Pros
- Engagement for learners
- Simplifies the presentation of complex content, especially through Rise
- Updating of features
Cons
- All interactions should be accessible
- Storyline can be confusing - more training for the very basic features would be good. The beginning trainings I found online do not address the skills at a basic enough level
- Articulate 360 has sped up the time to create materials, allowing for greater production in less time.
- We are able to hire fewer courses developers but still accomplish the same amount of work.
- The Rosicrucian has demonstrate to our management how valuable AI is in our workflow.
We don’t use all the coordinated features.
I don’t have experience yet, but I’m looking forward to using the AI features.
