Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We build courses to train educators on best practices for working with unhoused students and families. We charge individuals outside our organization for access (schools, fbo, npo, government agencies). We use Reach 360 as our LMS. We use Rise for course creation. We also have a library of digital support materials available for those who pay to attend an in-person cohort training.

Pros

  • Rise - easy to learn for course creation
  • Reach - easy for learners to use
  • Beautiful and clean aesthetics

Cons

  • How to get started with storyline? Seems like a steep learning curve after rise.
  • Would love a password for course access links or some other solution so a paid user can’t just forward the link for our content to a colleague who hasn’t paid us for access.
  • I want to put a short demo course on our website for marketing purposes. I want people to be able to take it without using up a seat in our Reach LMS.
  • Reach learners outside our organization and location
  • Beautiful, engaging courses: learners use these words when we ask about their experience

Reach and Rise are incredibly easy to use. Storyline feels intimidating and I’m not sure where to start in order to learn.
