Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

It is used for compliance training, onboarding, operator certifications, Emergency Response Training.

  • Adding a audio wave file to video editing
  • Accidents and safety incidents have decreased - users retain information due to increased interaction.
Westlake uses Storyline, Rise, and Review regularly. Working with the SMEs and getting their feedback in a timely manner has definitely decreased the amount of time from start to finish. Rise works well for informational modules and Storyline for more complex subject matter.
We have not used AI Assistant - there is a complex process for anything AI based due to proprietary issues.
I love Articulate 360! The way all of the products work together really makes creating modules that are interactive and engaging so much faster.
Westlake has only used Articulate since switching to Web-based training modules 12 years ago.

It is very well suited for safety training and compliance training. Light boxes provide instant information for incorrect answers.
The use of different formats in test questions is a very useful function, as video questions that are scenario based are used often.
Video editing can be a bit limiting but not impossible.
