Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 to author our eLearning courses, which are housed in Thinkific. We create trainings for volunteers and internal and external audiences at our non profit.

Pros

  • Incredible templates
  • Very easy user experience
  • Easy to learn Rise 360

Cons

  • Need a digital workbook
  • No room for open-ended feedback/questions
  • Need better engagement data
  • More accessible course creation
  • Faster course buildout
I've only used Rise so far. I'm looking forward to using Review. I'm a little intimidated by Storyline, but I think if I have more time I'll be able to pick it up.
I haven't used AI assistant.
I could use it to put together a course with minimal training. It was a very intuitive user experience in Rise.
We've used PlayerSnips in Thinkific, and the Course Builder in Thinkific. It is infinitely easier to use Rise than PlayerSnips.

When building out content from scratch, it helps everyone, even with little graphic design experience, create a professional-looking course. It's not well suited to building out eLearning with a lot of reflection or feedback. It's difficult to find a way to incorporate engagement that looks like open-ended application or reflection from learners.
