Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

My team uses Articulate 360 for designing and reviewing learning experiences. We use Rise for rapid development, Storyline for more customized experiences, and Review for collaborating with stakeholders. The team space has also allowed us to collaborate more efficiently as an L+D team.

Pros

  • Simple, easy to use interface
  • Easy integrations between tools in the suite
  • Quick access to assets
  • Robust functionality in Storyline
  • Ease of building in accessibility

Cons

  • Would love a built in timer feature within Storyline
  • Would like more flexibility in Rise
  • Articulate 360 gives us the ability to create learning in-house, reducing costs.
We frequently use Rise for rapid course development and Storyline for more custom content. Review streamlines our feedback efforts and provides an easy interface to collaborate with stakeholders and our team.
I have not had the opportunity to make use of the AI Assistant yet, but am looking forward to!
There are always enhancements that could make usability better!

Articulate 360 has been well suited to most of the learning experiences that I have created to date, with the exception of creating learning for audiences that need a low-tech in-person learning experience.
