Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 to deliver compliance and skills-based training to our employees, who are located across multiple states and countries.

Pros

  • Visual effects
  • Easily replicable templates
  • Great community of support

Cons

  • I would love to see the AI Assistant be able to troubleshoot interactions that aren’t working properly!
  • More accessible course creation
  • Quicker training creation & distribution
  • Easier time communicating with stakeholders
As a single-person L&D team, I mostly use Rise to generate courses which are then easily uploaded into our organizational LMS to allow for tracking and comparison to organizational goals.

I regularly use Review360 to capture feedback and use this to adapt content.
I haven’t yet used the AI Assistant, but am interested to try some of its features.
Rise is very easy-to-use for beginners. I love the in-depth features of Storyline as well but it takes longer to learn the features.

One of my favorite aspects of Articulate 360 is the supportive community— when I encounter a challenge, I often turn to E-learning Heroes to help troubleshoot.

I love being able to share my drafts would external stakeholders easily through Review360, and use this feature to quickly capture feedback for future edits.
