Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
I use Articulate 360 to create training for our support agents. They need to understand a large suite of products that change all the time. This means a constant stream new courses and maintenance work in a fast-paced industry. We have multiple learning programs in four different geos and two different languages.
Pros
- Makes creating training content quick and easy
- Includes multiple tools that all work together well
- Enables sharing for reviews and makes the process easy to use
Cons
- More options for blocks and interactions in Rise
- More personalization opportunities for Rise so courses look and feel different
- We need Storyline for Mac
- Easy to learn (Rise) our new LXDs can begin creating content almost immediately
- Decreased development time using pre existing standard courses from the library
My favorite feature in Articulate 360 is the ability to create a course and easily create and share a review link to gather feedback and approvals. Review 360 is easy to use and accessible by those without a license. I also love the ability to create a small activity in Storyline and drop it into a Rise course. This dramatically decreases production time.
I really like both products but Articulate 360 offered a full suite which dominKnow didn’t.
