Easy to use

A360 is our primary tool for al eLearning and web-based training course development. We have used it successfully to train employees and contractors across the different business areas of our company, covering topics from personal and corporate safety to policy and procedure review and regulatory training. We have also used it effectively for distributed asynchronous learning delivered through a number of LMS platforms.

We use pretty much all but Reach and the screen capture tool. Pulling SL360 files into Rise, building Rise and SL360 courses, we rely greatly on the AI tools. I built a Rise course last week for a regulatory training need and used the AI tools to assist; because the SME’s starting PPT deck was well-organized and clean, the entire process took about an hour, and most of that time was spent cleaning up my mistakes with using the tools…

It makes image creation far easier - for images that are otherwise hard to locate (specific types of high-risk work in difficult to reach situations). Using the AI toolset is also helpful for ensuring that the accompanying narration and closed-caption text are in sync, as well as enabling a consistent and coherent “flow” to the content.
