Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We use Articulate for most of our trainings including different departments within the company from HR to compliance, finance, litigation training, and more. The majority of our courses are built in either storyline or rise.
Pros
- AI voices to replace noted scripts
- AI creation of knowledge checks and quizzes allowing for specific slides to be highlighted within quiz questions.
- Provides a variety of templates to choose from.
Cons
- Newer interactive templates.
- AI talking avatars instead of images of characters and motion paths.
- Simplified branching scenarios.
- Suggested trigger menu.
- Fluid, consistent trainings.
- Ease of duplicating slides and content
- AI creation of quiz questions.
I use storyline and rise depending on what already exists within my organization needing updates and timeframe to develop.
I use AI Assistant for quiz creation and AI voiceover from narration. I also use the generator for close caption creating. These tools have improved my creating time.
