Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I use it to build interactive trainings for digestible information. We have a lot of read and sign documents so Rise and Storyline helps us prevent cognitive load. We are a company with over 40,000+ employees. I like being able to embed videos from other platforms as well. Rise has great usability compared to other products.

I use engage, storyline blocks, and review. I have used the Storyline blocks in Rise for a scenario-based learning situation. Learners felt like they were testing out without testing out. When they would answer the questions incorrectly, the incorrect screen would pop up with the section of our Emergency video they would have to review. If they answered the questions correctly, they could move on to the next one.
Helps in refining the content and paraphrasing. I do not really use the AI assistant too much. I have tried using the AI image generator but it never gets the image quite right or has additional arms on people. It is nice in condensing content and tidying up paragraphs. I haven't had these features long.
Need to improve being able to adjust image sizes. The new features get it closer to being a 10. I wish you had a partnership with Mighty as those features are what we really need....like adjusting image sizes and the section images and such. Having more fonts to choose from as well would be nice.

Rise is good when you have powerpoints that are less than about 30-45 slides. Storyline is good for bulkier slide decks, however, it is dependent on the creativeness of the instructional designers we use on our team. A lot of them just make the Storyline courses look like glorified powerpoints. We needs IDs who can make learners think they are not in an interactive powerpoint. I wish Storyline was more user friendly.
