Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis

Ascents is being used throughout the entire agency. We have the HR/benefits, payroll/timekeeper/ modules, and recently implemented the performance module. Ascentis has made our organization more paperless and efficient in our processes. The Ascentis Support team has been great and always willing to help when needed.
  • Ascentis has a great tracking system when it comes down to attendance.
  • It also offers ACA reporting of 1095 annually.
  • The performance module offers a self assessment option.
  • Be more up to speed with implementing changes based on pandemic needs and law changes.
  • Retro pay where the system automatically calculates that for you.
  • h]Have more features available like other HRIS systems.
  • Became more paperless and more efficient.
  • Saved us money from other companies.
We has a very old system that did not have the capabilities that Ascentis has today.
The support team has been very helpful no matter what time of the day you call.

I would recommend Ascentis to anyone that is looking for a one-shot deal of systems. They do have the entire package for HR to payroll. Customer service is great and all of the implementation reps are very knowledgeable.
