Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis
It is used across the organization for time cards, training, and for supervisors to access records. It combines several systems that were independent, which reduces multiple data entries and increases accuracy of information. It also allows employees access to their own records and the ability to edit things that they weren't able to prior.

- Implementation is parceled out into tiny fragments, making it difficult to get a vision for where you're headed.
- There are too many separate specialists for all of the various modules.
- More time with each specialist before being released would be helpful.

ADP and a whole bunch of others. Ascentis was the only one that seemed like it might be able to do our fiscal management payroll. Several others said they could but didn't give us as much confidence. We also liked the reporting functions, however, they are not as robust as we had hoped for non-admin users.
