Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR

Ascentis is always easy to get a hold of and prompt to offer the help we need.
Ascentis is used by our Accounting Department to easily track HR requirements and compliance. With the seasonality of industry and the high turnover of temporary employees, accurate and efficient tracking and reporting is particularly vital to us. We still need to make better of use employee reviews and other functions of the program.
  • Reports are easy to build and use.
  • Ascentis is a great way to collect all the pertinent employee data in one place for easy reference when it is needed.
  • Employee self-service seems to work great for everyone.
  • Having to use Remote Desktop and dealing with its technical limitations can be a hassle at times.
  • I would like to see HR integrated with the payroll system as part of the web interface.
  • It would be great to be able to just drag and drop attachments into Ascentis HR.
We use Ascentis HR because we preferred the Ascentis Payroll option over offerings.
Ascentis HR works great for creating customized reports.
