Before using Assembly Neos, updates and notes were scattered across emails, calls, and various tools. It wasn't efficient. While Assembly Neos offers templates, I think sometimes it can be rigid. Customizing workflows for niche practice areas or unique internal processes can be more time-consuming than expected.
I've noticed that the search sometimes feels clunky or inconsistent. It doesn’t always surface the most relevant results (especially if you're searching by partial client names, case IDs, or task details).
Uploading and managing documents is functional, but lacks depth. There’s no version control, limited tagging/categorization.
