Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos
We use Neos as our case management software, but it is much more than a file storage facility for our firm. This program integrates every step of our case process from intake screening, through integration, and all the way to settlement disbursement. I believe all firms agree that efficiency and organization are crucial for maintaining businesses, and Neos helps us achieve this.
Pros
- Customization - Neos offers the capability to fully customize just about every aspect of the program to meet the individual needs of each case type.
- Updates - Neos is great about coming out with new updates frequently, taking recommendations, and training users on the program updates.
- Ease of Use - Neos is VERY user-friendly. It is not difficult to find what you need. We have offices in three states and handle about 10 different case types. Setting them all up and tweaking them to fit our evolving needs is a piece of cake.
Cons
- International clients/providers - We need to be able to put in phone numbers for international contacts.
- Neos has increased our income as a firm by making all team members more efficient. Tasks become much faster to complete by using the templates, AI, and the organization that Neos offers.
We demoed FileVine and were extremely disappointed with its screen image, ease of use, flexibility, customization, and overall functionality. Neos is a much better platform.
