Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

As an attorney, Neos has been a great addition to our case management handling for our clients. It allows us to have everything in one place, to easily manage our files, and to communicate across the firm. I appreciate how it's able to be molded to what we need, and isn't just set in stone. I also love how it merges with the Outlook calendar, so i can see my appointments on my phone and don't have to be at my computer.

Pros

  • I think it makes it very easy to read and find things that you need - it's quite intuitive
  • I like that you can easily drag and drop documents, and that there's a build in pdf editor
  • I like that it can be built around your needs, and you're not stuck using something that doesn't work for you

Cons

  • I wish that it would notify me with some sort of sound when I have a new message
  • I wish that the calendar automatically refreshed
  • I wish that there were less glitches
  • It helps us move cases along faster
  • It increases communication with the staff
  • It allows all things to be easily documented
I think it's quite easy to use and that once you start using it they make it very easy to do the things that you need to do. There are some things that may take a little longer to figure out, but I do think that they have a great system to find the answers you need.

I think this is a great platform for law firms who want an intuitive system, that can do a wide range of things. It's a system that you firm can grow into if you're smaller, and is great for larger firms as well. I think it does a great job of having all of the client information in one place, and being able to find it easily.
