We love Assembly Neos
Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos
I work for a small law firm specializing in Social Security Disability. We use Assembly Neos for case management. I previously used Needles in a past law firm until we switched to Smart Advocate (which we referred to as "Stupid Advocate). We had a time consuming and frustrating transition to this software. We were not used to working solely with a cloud based program. I was instrumental in tailoring the program to our Social Security Disability needs. We started our own firm and purchased Assembly Neos. So happy to have this program. It works so well for searching for clients. It makes our job so much easier. There are many ways we can utilize so many other functions that we are currently not using. I look forward to learning more about the program and utilizing other functions as we move into the future.
Pros
- Emailing and texting through the program
- Requesting medical records and tracking them
- Entering values and using this to create cost letters
- Saving emails from Outlook to Assembly Neos
- Being able to search for clients and providers and many different ways
Cons
- I think the way the notes are entered could be improved to have the topic first - you should also be able to tab to the topic and enter it
- For some reason we often have to refresh the notes page to read the notes in a file - this causes delays in helping clients calling for status.
- You should be able to add a provider in the value screen from the providers in the client's file.
- Assembly Neos has helped us start our new business.
- Customer support at Assembly Neos is always available to help us with any issues.
- We are just overall more productive with Assembly Neos as our case management software.
