Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

I utilize it for workflow automation and integrated client communication, specifically in my role. Keeps cases flowing efficiently and makes my job easier. As a paralegal with multiple roles, I strive to work smarter, not harder. Keeps everything streamlined for me. This is incredibly helpful for me and my job specifically.

We have it built out so that we can easily add new intakes and flow efficiently throughout the process. We integrate with Outlook, allowing us to save messages quickly to files. Was integrating with Medical Records, which was incredibly time-saving. Sometimes the search functions are not open, case-relevant. I would like to see open cases more prominently displayed than closed cases, but it's not a major issue for me.
