Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

We operate one of the biggest law firms in Indiana. Our office uses the NEOS software to organize all client case files. Due to being so large, paper has become a poor economic choice regarding resource waste. By using NEOS, we are able to organize the case files in the same way we'd use filing cabinets and folders. NEOS is much easier to operate than sorting through tons of case files when operating at such high capacity.

Pros

  • Sorts and stores client information efficiently
  • Incredible ability to organize within a single case file regarding topics, providers, contacts, etc.
  • Note box is endless amount of space for any length of note

Cons

  • Sorting the party search screen by alphabetizing or something similar. Very difficult to find clients with similar and/or common names through a long list of people
  • Offering the chance for users to color code their own topics for personalization and organization
  • Employees are happier with newer and easier to use software
  • Software is quicker, allowing more efficient intakes and customer-employee discussion
Very easy to operate and to understand. The software is cloud-based, so it's easy to access from anywhere if need be vs. having to download software onto a computer.

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Yes

Would you buy Assembly Neos again?

Highly recommend for companies that operate off a case-client based set up. The ability to organize files, parties, contacts, providers, and various information is unmatched to other software. Constantly updating, changing, and is relevant to today's structure of software.
