Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

Assembly Neos is a case management software that's used largely for legal staff. At a firm like ours it's used as our primary case management software and is a central hub where we can access case files for our wide variety of clients. It's sort of a "one stop shop" for case and client details. Neos solves the problem of having to look in several places to find information as it stores everything in a centralized location making it easier to handle a case from start to finish which in the end benefits the firm as well as the clients.

I think that Neos has ample room to improve especially in such a fast moving field you need to be able to supply the most cutting edge technology even on the most basic level. Certain features shouldn't be behind a pay wall and should be available in mass versus having to upgrade to a "premium" option in order to get the basic things in order to do your job.
I personally think that Litify is a little bit better than Neos, but that could be just personal preference. A big thing for me is the easy formatting of Litify. I like that they had a sticky note that would follow you around the claim so that you don't lose your note when having to access different tabs in the case which Neos does not allow you to do. I also appreciated that Litify would order provider cards or contact cards as the "most often used" at the top because it made it easier when dealing with contacts that have several addresses.

Neos is great in the sense that it is a software that works fairly well however it misses things that other softwares like Litify have over it. A big one is the inability for a note to follow you throughout the case which Litify is able to do and it makes it so much easier to not lose track of conversations had or calls made.
