You are able to quickly organize and access your case files and able to keep all data controlled neatly under one system.

Pros

  • You are able to enter all case date info: parties, insurance, contacts, counsels....
  • Neatly track expenses and create detailed memos.

  • There could be a better system in place for client treatment upkeeping.
  • Cluttered interface and hard to personalize.
  • Generating reports can be time consuming.
  • The value tab makes it easy for a case worker or an accountant to track expenses.
Creating reports could be simpler, but it really all depends on what information you are trying to retrieve/pull.

On a positive note, there is an AI powered feature for document automation that allows to save a lot of time drafting documents. A con to Neos would be that it could be time consuming to generate certain reports depending on what information you are wanting to include on your report.

Medical Records & Treatment Managementis extremely easy to manage using Neos. Most importantly, you have the ability to track Negotiation & Settlement, Litigation & Trial dates, and client communication.
63 - If you have used any type of legal case management software, then you should have no issue in being able to adjust and maneuver around Neos. Anyone can easily learn how to use Neos with its user friendly features. The consistent training provided by Neos also providers clearer insights on how to be able to manage more efficiently.
