Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

It is being used to collect data on our customers' user behaviors on our online platforms and allows us to offer a better, more personalized experience for those users.

Pros

  • Quick
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to access data

Cons

  • The data partitions make it awkward.
  • 45 day search period is restrictive.
  • 1 million rows is limiting sometimes.
  • Slow to transition from previous provider.
  • Crucial to have access to such data though.
Always get a quick response to queries. Staff visited the offices regularly during the first few weeks/months of using ATI.
  • comScore Digital Analytix (discontinued)
ComScore was discontinued. Much better support from ATI when we need it.
Not suited for large data (more than 45 days and millions of users) on an individual user basis. Great for aggregate level data though.

We are sorry to read about your frustrations, maybe we can help you with that: - The 45 day query limit in the period only applies in very rare cases for certain data sets. For 98% of the Data Model, there is no limit in the period to query your data other that the collected history. If you are blocked by a specific data set, please get in contact with our support team about it, we offer extra options to subscribe to in order to lift that limit. - Concerning the 1,000,000 row max limit when exporting a CSV in Data Query, this is due to the simple fact that Excel can’t open a CSV file if it contains over 1048576 rows. For more technical extractions and exploitations of data, we recommend the use of Data Flow. If you wish to get access to this tool, again please feel free to get in contact with your administrator or our support team about it. Kind regards from the AT Internet team.
