Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

I used AT Internet within a project as it was in use by one of our customers.
  • Raw data export feature is amazing.
  • The query editor is pretty slow.
  • The analysis also takes long time to load.
  • The dashboard-building tool doesn't provide the best UX.
  • AT Internet is a good tool to have in the box, as a consultant I need to adapt to [the] customer's tech stack.
I haven't had contact with the support team, so I cannot answer the question.
Amplitude Analytics, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel [are] tools I use[d] at the company I worked for [before].

I mostly used the AT Internet query builder to export raw data and conducted the analysis externally. Due to the large size of the dataset, the tool was quite slow, especially when dealing with user segments, but the possibility itself to export the raw data makes up for the waiting time and is a great feature that some competitors (like the free version of Google Analytics) don't have.
