Atalssian Jira is used across the whole organization and helps to manage and track tasks and complex projects.

Pros

  • Organized.
  • To the point.

Cons

  • Not intuitive enough.
  • Saves time.
  • Improves collaboration with other teams.
Jira is way more professional and suited for cross-organisational projects.
Support is very helpful. A great support for a great product.
