Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
- AtTask allows users to create unique reports to streamline processes. In my previous role, we used an unique report to help prioritize tasks for offshore team members. If they were not able to address the tasks, they would reassign them to the internal team. These tasks would appear at the top of our queue and be addressed in a timely manner.
- Another area that AtTask excels at is time reporting. Not only are users able to apply time against the task, but the allotted time may be applied prior to the work beginning. This allows managers and administrators to ensure that the proper amount of time is being applied on a task.
- It was always a pleasure to speak with their Customer Support staff. They were attentive and provided fast turnaround times when I had to make an inquiry.
- When AtTask first released their mobile application, it was only accessible through the iTunes store and not through Android markets. This was frustrating at the time.
- Their mobile application would not allow users to access reports. The only option was to see what was currently in your respective work queue and apply notes to the tasks.
