Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
We use Auvik for our Managed Service customers and also to monitor our own gear at multiple data centers. It is a great product! The installation/setup is very easy. We have the ability to manage all of our customers in a single pane of glass.
Features of an effective single pane of glass dashboard include:
- An intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) that is thoughtfully laid out and easy to navigate.
- A logical structure behind the display makes accessing current data easy and fast.
- A display that can be customized and categorized to meet the end user’s specific needs.

- Auto discovery works really well in setting it up quickly
- Displaying the network as a map is a nice feature
- Notification of critical devices being offline
- A great tool for troubleshooting intermittent issues
