Auvik could save your business!
Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
I use Auvik to keep on top of any network changes to our company and customer companies' networks. We also use the config backup feature for most of our client's critical network devices. It is my go-to platform if there ever arise any questions about any network topology, configuration, or alerts.
Pros
- Network changes (ex. firewall config files, new networks, devices running services, etc.)
- Network audits.
- Troubleshooting.
- Visualization of network topology.
- Remote access to off-site network devices through ssh.
Cons
- They initially had problems with Fortinet devices, but currently, they have fixed most of them and they usually have fixes within days or a week of being notified.
- I would say more support for open-source Linux-based firewalls like Untangle and PFSense.
- Alert automation.
- Network management.
- Best customer support on the planet.
- Our ROI was reached in less than 2 months of deploying to our customer base.

No. I don't think they offer premium support and if they did, I wouldn't need it. They are already the best compared to the rest of our vendors.
Yes - Yes it was. They iterate very quickly and keep you up to speed.
All the time. There hasn't been a support session where I would judge it to be subpar. They were all awesome!
Relationship with Auvik Networks Inc.
Honestly can't remember.
Not that I can think of. Their price point is really accesible, and what they deliver for the price is pretty damn good.
