Overall Satisfaction with Auvik

We use Auvik to alert us to issues at our client sites. Things such as outages prove very useful with the implementation of our ticketing system. We will sometimes know when a client's technology is down before they do, which always makes us look great in their eyes.

ConnectWise Manage, Kaseya VSA, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Excellent for multi-tenancy cases, less so for single office clients.
