Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
We use Auvik as a logical and visual tool for networks, both familiar and new. It has a granular alerting system that notifies us through integrations with our other tools, giving a detailed perspective from inside the network. It can help discover those devices hidden behind closed doors/walls/ceilings and provides a level of mapping unmatched by other tools.

- Map view in browser can be tough to read depending on your monitor/resolution
- Some terminology, such as in alert configurations, is not 100% clear

I have not personally used another similar product. I do not need to with the effectiveness of this one.
