Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Aura

Aura is the main Call Management Solution used throughout the company for VoIP. Addresses LCR for various companies and countries across the Group.

  • Partition Routing.
  • Lowered cost for regional calls by a lot with LCR.
  • Easy management through ASA allows for fewer vendor calls.
