We currently use Avaya IP Office as our phone system. This helps us keep compliant with phone recordings, giving us the ability to pause when we are collecting financial information. It also allows us to work in the office and also ability to work away. The mobile phone app means that we don't need to purchase mobile phone contracts for individual, as this can easily replace this. Meaning we don't have to have individual mobile phone numbers but a single office number.
