Overall Satisfaction with Avaza

Our organization uses Avaza to keep track of time spent on every project created for every client for billing purposes. We also use it to keep track of expenses for these projects, as well as time spent on internal work such as emailing clients, researching for projects, or other miscellaneous internal activities that don't necessarily require billing.

I have not used any other products like Avaza.
Avaza is certainly suited for companies who require time tracking for billing purposes for their clients. This is primarily how the company I work for uses Avaza, and it works very well for us in that aspect. It's also great for keeping track of additional expenses and managing our time throughout the day.

Yes - It works well enough, but it could use some improvements. I can't see total hours logged for any one project when using the mobile app. This is simple to do on the website, but it would be great if the mobile app was capable of doing this as well. It would certainly help.
