What is Avaza?

Avaza is a software suite targeted for all business sizes. It includes modules for project management and collaboration, resource scheduling, team chat, time tracking, expense management, quoting and invoicing. Depending on their business needs, companies can use as many, or as few, of the modules as they need.

According to the vendor, Avaza also offers powerful reports so users can run a better business. The project management module is designed with both list view and Kanban style task management, so users can choose how to view their projects and tasks.

Our organization uses Avaza mainly for Project Management and task tracking. It saves us dozens of hours per week by eliminating menial and repetitive tasks. Avaza does a great job of monitoring and evaluating all our efforts. It helps identify chokepoints or critical areas we need to work on. Our Admin, Business Development, and Technical Services all rely on Avaza.

We use Avaza for managing projects, timesheets, and invoicing. It has become the backbone of our operation. The product is very easy to use, and the support is amazing. We have tried quite a few other project management systems, but Avaza is the first that I have found that really ties the day-to-day work to invoicing and reporting. It's brilliant! :-)

We also use it to keep track of expenses for these projects, as well as time spent on internal work such as emailing clients, researching for projects, or other miscellaneous internal activities that don't necessarily require billing.

We use Avaza for project managing clients, as well as our agency marketing. We also use it for time management, and creating accurate proposals for clients based on historical data. I separate my tasks out by clients and can easily add due dates to make sure that I'm hitting deadlines.

We use Avaza for everything at this point. This includes project management, time tracking, invoicing, and reporting. It integrates with the other software that we use daily like Xero and PracticeIgnition, so we have been really happy with how easy it has been to migrate all our content over from our previous Project Management tool.
