Overall Satisfaction with AVG Managed Workplace 10
I used this at my previous job. We were an outsourced IT company. We used this to remotely monitor and manage our clients computers and servers. This product was a solid product. It compared to LogicNow's RMM product line. The interface was fluent and easy to navigate. The reporting was even better.
- Fluent Interface.
- Lightweight installs.
- Remote patch management.
- Management of Office 365 in a single pane of glass.
- ESXi management was not fluent.
- Saves time for employees which saves money for the company.
- Easy to sell something that gives peace of mind to a customer knowing someone is watching their stuff 24/7.
- Naverisk and LogicNow
AVG blows Naverisk out of the water in all aspects. AVG is much better when it comes to patch management and the remote connection agent than LogicNow. LogicNow was spotty with the remote connection agent. Patches would sometimes apply and sometimes not with it.
