Overall Satisfaction with Backblaze

I use Backblaze to mirror the important data on my work laptop. As I am the whole organization and my laptop is my primary tool used in providing service to my clients, this is key to the survival of my business.. The service Backblaze provides is important to my peace of mind, knowing there is a fallback to my fallback!

While Backblaze plays an important role in my overall data redundancy strategy, I continue to use Dropbox Business for certain key assets I need granular access to. I use Apple iCloud passively as well as a local Apple Time Capsule. For a single-user setup, Backblaze provides an important high-level restoration possibility.
While I haven't encountered any issues that required the intervention of customer support, their automatic emails are informative and unobtrusive. Couldn't ask for anything more!

I'm not familiar with deploying the application to a large user base but for a single computer, signup and setup is supremely easy. The price point makes Backblaze an easy choice for the additional comfort. Love to know I can have a fresh drive sent to me if I've ever had a local failure.
