Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
BambooHR has been used to automate HR department tasks such as leave approvals, benefits, loans, and tracking of personal goals for our SME. Previously the above tasks were manually administered, but as the team grew, it was no longer feasible for a small HR team to manually manage certain tasks.
- Good self-service interface for requesting time off
- Good centralised employee contact directory and organisational structure management
- Simple, easy-to-use interface for employees
- Better integration with project management and finance tracking tools so that leave days and travel expenses do not need to be entered into the system twice
- Performance tracking interface seems too simple to be effective, but this could be a customisation issue
- It has helped our HR team scale better with our company growth
- It has reduced personnel overhead on HR tasks
