Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this to keep track of employee contact information, to store all HR related documents and links, to help with benefits packages and to manage certain HR workflows. It is used in the entire organization and can be seen as the HR hub. It always shows the org chart and gives great insight into who is doing what.

Alternatives Considered

The only other systems I have used where internal intranets where they were a custom build and not purchased from anyone. Compared to BambooHR they were very poor. The usability was bad, they lacked key features and they were not widely adopted by the company that I worked for. BambooHR is a great central HR hub.

Likelihood to Recommend

This software works great to manage HR in a growing organization. The org chart is always nice especially for a quickly growing organization so you can keep up with new people, moves, and changes. At the entry level security access, the application is very limited in functionality and it gets more useful as you gain more responsibility.
