Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

We utilize BambooHR to handle our HR needs. As a small company without a formal HR department, BambooHR has been a great addition to our company. We utilize BambooHR for onboarding, offboarding, and internal communication and transmission of documents. This is incredibly helpful as we are a company with locations all over the state and do not often see each other in person.
  • Organizing forms
  • Creating task lists
  • Making things like PTO easily accessible
  • Interactive communication - it would be fun to be able to wish someone Happy Birthday when they are displayed on the dashboard
  • Being able to edit forms, not just signature templates. I don't like having to access and reupload a new PDF if a change needs to be made to the form
  • Timely completion of onboarding tasks has improved
  • We have been able to decrease the use of external spreadsheets
Some items (onboarding task lists) don't quite make sense but overall it is easy to use
Typically response times are quick
It is great to be able to run multiple reports and customize them for our needs
We have tried other online products that did not meet the needs of our company. BambooHR was willing to meet with us multiple times to ensure we would be able to make customizations that best suited our unique needs.
