Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used BambooHR as our primary HRIS. It has allowed us to do things like keep employee information current, track vacation time, do regular performance reviews, and add custom sections to the various pages. It was great for getting employees to sign documents and became our primary spot for storing employee file documents.

Good for basic functions, needs improvement for areas like recruitment. Was able to pull great custom reports, but for the sections we had added reporting wasn’t available. Liked how employees could update their own info, and the approval process. Ability to customize time off profiles was useful, and add for different types of employees.
