Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
We use BambooHR for tracking signed records, payroll, performance reviews, goals, recruiting and hiring, onboarding, and reporting. We previously didn't have an HR platform and were relying on a separate website for recruiting. BambooHR has allowed us to streamline our HR processes into the single platform, while also using it for additional resources we didn't even think of before.
- Robust hiring component that automatically sends job postings to various websites.
- Performance review tracking and storage, plus separate goals section.
- Built-in payroll component that feeds directly from BambooHR components.
- Some additional personalization options by company would be nice. There are some customizations you can do, but there are a lot of additional customizations that would be nice to be able to do.
- Reporting is a little limited in date ranges and how you report - would prefer to be able to select individual employee names vs. having to choose from department or reporting manager.
- Our onboarding process has definitely improved, with the use of tasks and delegation. Plus the portal is easy to use for the new hires.
- We appreciate being able to track signed documents and goals through the platform instead of manually saving and administering.
Reporting can use a little improvement, mainly how granular you can get with filters and date ranges. Instead of having to pick "last quarter" or "last year", it would be helpful if you could select specific date ranges for reports.
