Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®
We use BambooHR in our business to maintain employee records, keep track of time off, and run employee data reports.
Pros
- BambooHR has great customer support.
- BambooHR allows us to tailor time off policies to fit our needs.
- BambooHR allows us to run annual reviews within their platform.
Cons
- BambooHR could use improvements in the signature set up of documents. The fields do not always align with data such as social security numbers.
- I would like to be able to add employee analytics as a widget on the homescreen.
- As an admin, I would like to be able to control what other employees see on the homescreen, not just my own.
- Our onboarding experience has improved with the workflows we set up.
- It is efficient for HR administrative work and information.
- The reporting provides information clearly. It also allows us to export reports to Excel which is very helpful.
The reporting functions have been very helpful for various tasks.
