Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR for the HRIS & Goal setting functions. For myself, I use it for payroll purposes and tracking incentives/commission structures. I do find that the comment fields are not that flexible and have to find work arounds to view various structures.

Pros

  • Layout of the screens
  • Reporting abilities
  • Exporting Reports into Excel

Cons

  • Comment fields for adding narratives for various bonus plans
  • I am not involved with onboarding but for data management this is better than what we used before.
The Goal Setting section is great.
I have not had to reach out for support.
Reporting is good, I like the ability to customize our reporting so that we can summarize the data that we need.
This is the first HRIS system our company has used and the only one I have had experience with. I am happy with what BambooHR has to offer.

Great for a beginner HRIS system. I was hoping we could integrate with our payroll system.
