Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

BambooHR has significantly improved our document organization processes, and streamlined onboarding for our organization. We use BambooHR for onboarding, document storage, e-sign, offboarding, hiring, performance, and more! It allowed our staff to have a place where they know they can get access to the information they need, and quickly!

Pros

  • The BambooHR team has amazing customer service and is always looking for ways to improve their product.
  • Not only do they invest in their product, but the HR community entirely through blogs, research, and annual trainings.
  • Long lasting relationships with their partners and those who you work with during the consultation process

Cons

  • Better tailor their satisfaction reports to smaller teams/organizations.
  • Significantly improved onboarding

  • Organization charts and employee management
Very easy to use/navigate, even if you have never used the system before.
They respond very quickly and try to find you exactly what you need.
Much more user friendly for backend and employees

I recommend BambooHR out to a lot of people! I feel like BambooHR is a great tool for organizations under 500, but could be great for larger as well.
