Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

I use BambooHR in my company to review and update my personal and work details. I have the option to log any errors. Also I have the option to ask for approval for anytime overtime that I have done. That then goes for the Approval Process. I can also see the reviews done on my salary and how much is it. I can see and manage my partner and emergency contact on BambooHR. I use it for Company's Directory purposes as well. Its really a helpful too overall.

  • Coaching sessions with team leaders and managers

Cons

  • I think the main page of BambooHR needs to have more information
  • Overtime Approval Tab should be on the front Page
  • Some times its difficult to navigate things on the BambooHR Page
  • Improved visibility on personal information and security
  • Good information about salary and past review
  • Good information on coaching documents
A lot of the information is not given on the front page.
It helps with my day to day tasks

BambooHR is suitable where you need to access your coaching session documents. It has documents related to your job and personal improvement plans. Any documented actions are present in BambooHR. BambooHR is useful when you need to see the annual salary and past salary reviews. Using it for Company's Directory is really helpful as well.
