Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR for all of our employee records, HR documents, & payroll.

Pros

Cons

  • Paying taxes on our behalf - I wish we had confirmation from them each time they pay taxes so we stay in the loop.
  • For payroll's general reimbursements, I wish we had a note section so we could add in details about what the reimbursement was for. (Groceries, client gift, hotel/travel, etc.)
  • Payroll alone has saved us countless hours and has given us peace of mind regarding calculations and salary figures.
  • Our onboarding is now in one place, it's much easier to get someone started quickly, while making us look good! :)
BambooHR has been amazing for our company. I wish that more things were available in the basic plan, like performance management.
Great support team! Sometimes the chat function isn't available in my time zone, but other than that it's been so helpful!
We don't use this feature often, but it's been great for exporting 401k info!
BambooHR offers a superior employee experience, especially when it comes to onboarding!
