Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

I use BambooHR® as an employee and as a member of the HR team.

Pros

  • I like the getting to know the new hire feature.
  • Showing who is going to be out of the office is also a nice feature.
  • It also makes requesting time off easy.

Cons

  • When importing documents, it would be nice to not have to select the type of document if I'm already in that area.
  • It saves time in the onboarding process.
It is very user friendly and easy to use.
We just started using Bamboo at the beginning of the year but the report that has helped us the most so far is the PTO tracking.
I wasn't part of the decision on selecting Bamboo.

It is good for the onboarding process as well as time off management. It also has a nice feature of sending out a questionnaire to new hires so the other employees can get to know somethings about them before they start.
