Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

BambooHR Is our complete employee database, we use it for our benefits, compensation changes, payroll, etc.

We had a hard time keeping track of everyone and any changes to an employee, but since switching over to completely using BambooHR, it's made things a lot easier to find

Pros

  • PTO is easier to keep up with
  • Payroll is a lot easier to fix mistakes
  • Keeping track of compensation changes has helped immensely

Cons

  • The final pay date on an employee's termination is hard for managers to correctly use
  • Improved time on tracking history
  • Improved PTO approval
Haven't had any issues with finding what I've needed
Support is always responsive and has fixed a lot of issues in that past for me
