Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

It gives me more time in my day to address real people issues. We use it for document retention, onboarding, engagement surveys, and performance reviews.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Quick to solve problems
  • Always there to answer questions

Cons

  • I wish the 1:1's could link to our calendars in Outlook
  • I also wish there was a way to edit the 1:1 dates, so if something comes up and it needs to be changed.
  • Onboarding is a breeze now.
  • Performance reviews are done consistently and timely.
  • Goal setting happens now.
  • We have monthly 1:1's with our supervisors.
It is so easy to use. If I can't figure something out, someone is right there to answer my questions.
Theya re always timely, professional, and quick to get an answer.
I used the signed documents reports frequently. It makes it easy to see at a glance who has outstanding documents to sign.
