Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We didn't have a HR solution to manage basic day-to-day activities, and we were losing too much time managing those completely manually using only spreadsheets and calendars. Our goal using BambooHR® was to reduce the stress and time needed for those activities and also provide more easy access for the employees to make their requests.

  • Greatly reduced the communication needed between employees and managers about HR related sujects
Apart from third party integration and report management, the interface is very user friendly. Specially the employee side, everything is intuitive and don't require expending time with manuals to find out what we need.
Third party integations and report management, however, could be improved, probably by using some AI or automated solution.
The reporting functions did not had a great impact in our use case. We find the interface somewhat complicated to use and, as we have different type of data on another management system, we end up generating all our reports on that software and not on BambooHR®.

I think BambooHR® is very well suited for small companies that do not have a full fladged ERP and simply want to save time and have better organization while managing their employees.
